Carlos Slim Helu was born on 28 January 1940. His parent Khalil Salim Haddad Aglamaz and Linda Helu Atta were Maronite Christians from Lebanon. Carlos got married to Soumaya Domit in 1967 and she gave birth to six children; Patrick, Soumaya, Vanessa, Carlos, Marco, Johanna, and Antonio.
